Returns & Refund Policy – Trip’s E-commerce

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you’re not, please review our return policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Only unopened, sealed products are eligible for return
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

2. Return Process:

  • Email nadplusmarket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • You’ll receive return instructions if your item is eligible
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

3. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding original shipping)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
